Refund Policy
We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers with the return and exchange of our products. However, certain policies need to be strictly followed by the customers and our company.
SECTION 1: DAMAGED PARCEL
We advise our customers not to accept orders with damaged/open seals or damaged packages. In such a case, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team right away.
SECTION 2: EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide the option of exchanging the products due to unsaid problems. If the price of the original products matches the new product, the customer only has to pay the delivery charges.
Secondly, if the original product's price is more than the new product, then the customer can compensate by adding more products to the cart. If it is the other way around, the customer has to pay the additional amount.
SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY
We value our customers, so their opinion and satisfaction is our top-most priority. If our customer is dissatisfied and there is no possible negotiation, we guarantee a 100% refund of the product.
SECTION 4: LOST SHIPMENT
We track our orders till they are safely delivered to their destination with the help of courier services. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances your package isn't delivered to you in seven working days, please get in touch with our customer service
